Analytics

We count page views using Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless: it does not store anything in your browser, does not fingerprint your device, and cannot follow you to another website. Cloudflare receives the page address, the referring site, and coarse technical details like country and browser — never a profile of you.

Separately, this site records a little more detail on our own server — nothing is handed to a third party for it. That means which sections you read, how far you scroll, how long a visit lasts, which buttons you press, and how far you get through the request form before stopping. We use it to tell whether a page is doing its job.

To join those up within a single visit, your browser generates a random identifier when the page loads. It is not stored in a cookie or anywhere else, it is not connected to your name or address, and it disappears when you close the tab. We keep no IP addresses alongside it.

What we do not collect: cookies, browser storage, cross-site identifiers, device fingerprints, or advertising profiles. We don't use Google Analytics or any advertising platform. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, all measurement — ours and Cloudflare's — is switched off entirely for your visit.

The request form

The form on the home page asks six questions and then sends what you typed to us so we can reply. That includes your name, organization, and whichever contact detail you chose to give — because there's no other way to answer you.

It also records how long the form took to complete and whether an invisible anti-spam field was filled in. That's how we tell people from bots without making you solve a puzzle.

Requests are kept for as long as we might reasonably need them for the enquiry and any resulting work, then deleted. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell, rent, or share the information with anyone.

If you'd rather not use the form and would prefer to talk, choose "Phone call" at the last step and give us a number and a good time.

The AI readiness check

The assessment runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are never transmitted — the score is calculated on your own device, and closing the tab destroys it. We do record, without any way to link it to you, which score band and which weakest dimension came out, so we know whether the tool is telling people anything useful.

Fonts and third parties

Typefaces are served from this domain rather than a font CDN, so loading a page doesn't hand your IP address to another company. The only third party involved anywhere on this site is Cloudflare, for the cookieless page-view count described above. Nothing else — no embeds, no tag managers, no social widgets.

Your rights under PIPEDA

Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act gives you the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to see it, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted where we have no continuing need for it. Ask through the request form and we'll action it — no charge, and within thirty days.

If you're not satisfied with how we handle a request, you can escalate to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
